At Kastoria Furs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please note that all fur coat and accessory purchases are final sale.

Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after 2 hours of purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Errors

If you notice an error in your order — for example, an incorrect color or item — please contact us as soon as possible at info@kastoriafurs.com

Fur Care:

Storage: Store in a dry, and cool place. Heat, Light, and water can sometimes damage your fur coat. Do not leave your fur coat in a plastic bag. The fur needs to breathe, and the plastic will cause the fur coat pelts to dry out.
